See Chy Swim
This is the face of a dog who does not know when to quit. Granted, it had been a long time since the last time she got to swim at the lake, but she absolutely would not stop. Not for water. Not for food. Not to chase the other dogs walking by. After a bath in the backyard, she took a long nap and then could barely get up to eat. As a fellow old animal, I know the feeling well.
Cheyenne is sore today and probably feeling a good amount of pain, but if we took her back to the lake, $100 says she’d be right back at the water’s edge waiting for us to throw a ball.
