Fun fact: if you ranked my format revenue from lowest to highest, it would be print, digital, and page reads from Kindle Unlimited. That's right, I make the most revenue from people reading my books through Amazon's subscription service. The huge downside, of course, is that Amazon requires complete exclusivity to be included in the program. This is why my books are not available on Kobo, Apple, Google, Mondor, Flargum, Pintockle, or others.
