Die Organic - Chapter 2
According to the gilded invite sent out a month prior, the event taking place in the clubhouse at the Diamond Ranch golf course was ostensibly a party for the three recent graduates who lived on the Copper Vein cul-de-sac. However, based on the number of adults, all of whom were dressed in their best suits and summer attire, it felt more to Chip Walker like an excuse for his parents and their friends to get drunk in the middle of the afternoon. The clubhouse was decked in the colors of George W. Bush High School, and large signage with delicate handwriting wished the graduates the utmost congratulations. But beyond that, there was no difference between this day’s event and the countless other Saturday afternoons on the golf course.
